Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking a trip with us as it constitutes legally binding terms and condition between Nepal Trekking Path and you regarding overall trip operations and services we offer. By signing this agreement, you agree to comply with our term and conditions.
Bookings and Payments:
– Fill the booking form and sign it. Send it with twenty percent non-refundable deposit.
– We will need a copy of your passport and passport-size photo to take the trekking permit beforehand. Send them to us along your booking form.
– After receiving your complete documents, we will send you a final conformation receipt.
– If you want to make direct deposit, contact us for detail.
– Bank charges a certain amount while making a deposit. You should bear it.
– Make payment through VISA, Mastercard or hard cash 4% levy will be added for card processing.
– Pay the remaining cash on arrival. You may make payment through debit card etc
– Nepal Trekking path reserves the right to cancel your trip, if we do not receive the payment within the mention time.
– If the situation is ideal, we accept the last-minute booking however you should make the full payment at once.
Cancellation and Booking Changes
– Cancellation charge 20% of total amount, should cancel the trip before twenty days of departure.
– If you cancel the trip in less than twenty days of departure, non-of your cash will be refund.
– If one of the team members of your group leave the trip after commencing, there won’t be refund no matter what the reason is.
– If you want to make any changes, give written application, you might have to pay extra charges if required however not every wish of yours can be granted. Nevertheless, in the case of death, accident and death of your close ones, you may postpone or transfer your trip to another person and pay $100 extra.
Travel Insurance
– Travel insurance that cover helicopter rescue, medical expenses, death, injury and air ambulance is compulsory.
Others Term and Conditions
– Traveler Should be fit
– Guardians should accompany with those below 18 years old
– We may use your picture clicked during a trip for promotion purpose without noticing or paying you
– Due to change in the weather, flight delays and local circumstances our trip might delay and you may have to bear the addition
– Nepal trekking path is not liable to take the responsibility of the circumstances which is not under its control
– Those who want to have a single room or does not have a partner to share the room with should pay an additional charge.
– You may have to give us the personal details while making the booking, however it won’t be disclosed to the third party.
– Nepal Trekking Path is not responsible for the changes of itinerary caused by a catastrophe like a landslide, flood, snow, sickness, accident, flood or changes in government. You should bear the extra expenses.
– Nepal trekking Path takes your complaint seriously. So, if there is any problem, please let us know immediately so we can take appropriate action without any delay.
